Commercial Insurance Representative

We are looking for an in-house Commercial Insurance Representative to help service our existing book of business. The individual hast to be property and casualty licensed and have a lot of knowledge in the industry.

Responsibilities:

-Understands insurance on a deep level

-Would only work on commercial accounts

-Quoting

-Marketing

-Making Policy Changes

-Processing paperwork within our agency management system – AMS360.

Required experience: 5+ years of industry experience.

Compensation: Varies depending on experience, but around $50,000-$70,000.

Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Personal Line Insurance Customer Service Representative to help service and grow our existing book of business. This individual needs to maintain and active property and casualty insurance agent license.

Responsibilities:

-There is a sales component to this job. We do expect $20,000 of written personal lines premium a month. Typically, that would be the onboarding of 5-6 new clients.

-Answer phones and direct phone traffic

-Pay Personal Lines Company’s bills

-Make policy changes

-Market business

Required experience: 2+ years of industry experience.

Compensation: Varies depending on experience, but around $50,000 - $55,000

Insurance Billing Clerk

We are looking for an Insurance Billing Clerk to help service and grow our existing book of business.

Responsibilities:

-Pay premiums to personal and commercial lines carriers

-Updating billing schedules at insured’s request

-Would sit at the front counter and greet clients

*No license required

Required experience: 2+ years of industry experience

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000
